I just sent the manuscript for my newest historical fiction cold war thriller to my developmental editor and had a trial book cover made.  The back cover blurb reads, "From the shadows of the Cold War emerges an audacious tale of espionage and pulse-pounding suspense. Travel back to the heart of 1964, where Rocco Mancuso, Atomic Energy Commission investigative agent, dares to take on formidable Soviet spies intent on crippling US nuclear weapon production. As the stakes rise higher than the towering Grand Coulee Dam itself, the fate of the Hanford Nuclear Site hangs perilously in the balance. Brace yourself for an edge-of-your-seat journey through the catacombs of deception, where every enigmatic move and each thrilling twist in time brings us closer to an explosive climax. Will a heart broken and badly beaten Mancuso pull himself together and prevail to defy the unforgiving hand of destiny? Immerse yourself in this electrifying tale and discover the dark secrets that emerge from the very core of this captivating era."

I anticipate publishing, first on Amazon, in the fourth quarter of 2024.

Please let me know what you think of the cover and the blurb. Thank you so much.
